Over a structured arc of sessions, we work with the mind directly — not to quiet it, not to empty it, but to understand how it constructs your experience, and how to work with that rather than against it. The approach draws on neuroscience, contemplative tradition, and years of teaching this material to beginners internationally.
You don't need prior experience. You need curiosity and a willingness to let go of what you think meditation should be.
